Heres how the challenge workS:
Fasting Points
Water Fast:20pts
Juice fast:15pts
Fruit and veggies Fast: 10pts
Restriction Dieting (under 300 cals a day): 5pts
If you choose not to fats and only restrict you may use the following point scale
0-300 cals: see above point system
300-500 cals: 3pts
5:00-800 cals: 1pt
800cals and up: 0pts
Water Points
this one's easy, 1 pt per 8oz glass of water
Exercise Points
5hrs or more: 25pts
4-5hrs: 20pts
3-4hrs: 15pts
2-3hrs: 10pts
1-2hrs: 6pts
0-1hr: 3pts
Sleep Points
This is another easy one... 1 pts for every hour you sleep for example if you get 7hrs of sleep award yourself 7pts
Here are some additional points you can receive or deduct
Resist Temptation: anytime you actively resist a temptation, such as the bag of cookies someone offers you, you receive 1pt...
Binging: -2pts ( binging is considered 400cals or more at one sitting)
Posting thinspo:1pt
Housework: any cleaning you can do, as long as it is more than 30min awards you 2 pts
